Baobab Planet, is a Spanish videogame for children that launched in November 2010, achieving good results. But a multi-plaform approach was required for its final launch. I joined the team to manage the creative strategy necessary for thinking globally over various platforms: MMO, TV, mobile, consoles, Tablets.

Together with a multi-disciplinary team of illustrators, designers, 3D animators and psychologusts, we re-designed the MMO concept and content, generating a new positioning, two new storylines, a graphic style and new scripts and 3D characters.

We joined forces with Smarty Pants, a company specialised in researching the kids market, to implement Focus groups in Chicago and New York to evaluate the multi-plataform development. The test results were extremely positive, certifying that our strategy was the right one for re-launching the product.
